Robert has been involved in all aspects of the Hospitality industry for over 19 years specializing in Human Resources Strategies and Manpower optimization.
Robert’s main area of focus at M-Optimizer is that of manpower optimization for the hospitality sector, as an advisory counsel for upcoming projects or the restructuring of operating businesses and sourcing the right talent for every position.
Robert has worked in International Hospitality Operators around the globe, and has taken on a new role as a specialist consultant.
On his spare time Robert, can be found kitesurfing or enjoying another forms of adventure.

Silvia has followed a career in Human Resources and Recruitment across the Gulf region for over six years with highlights of opening two five star hotels and recruiting over 2500 team members from across the globe.
Specialising in all aspects of hospitality sector recruitment. Advising, consulting and coaching clients on recruitment strategies and review selection techniques of short listed candidates.
Providing sound advice to clients on manpower benchmarks for remuneration, benefits structures and selection.
Silvia is a master of selecting the right candidate for the right roles.
